This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit vangogodesign.com, use a Van Go Go Design application or plugin, create an account, contact us, or purchase a product or service (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy applies only to Services that display or link to it. A specific application, plugin, or service may provide an additional privacy notice if its features require different data practices. If an additional notice conflicts with this Policy, the additional notice controls for that specific service.
1. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you interact with the Services.
A. Account and login information
When you create an account or sign in, we may collect:

- A unique account or authentication identifier.
- Login events, session information, and security information needed to authenticate you, prevent fraud, and keep your account secure.
- Information provided by a third-party sign-in provider if you choose to sign in through that provider.
Passwords and authentication credentials may be handled directly by our authentication provider. Van Go Go Design does not use login information for purposes unrelated to operating, securing, and supporting the Services.
B. Purchase and transaction information
When you purchase a physical product, digital product, subscription, license, or service, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and shipping address.
- The products or services ordered, transaction amount, date, order status, and related customer-service history.
- Information needed to process taxes, shipping, returns, refunds, chargebacks, and fraud prevention.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Van Go Go Design generally does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.
C. Information you submit to apps, plugins, and support
Some Services may allow you to submit prompts, text, images, audio, video, files, configuration settings, or other content so the requested feature can work. We use or process that content only to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the feature you requested, as described in the applicable product interface or additional notice.
If you contact us, request support, complete a form, or use a chatbot, we may collect your contact details and the contents of your message.
D. Information collected automatically
When you visit our websites or use an online Service, we and our service providers may automatically receive limited technical information, such as:
- IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and language.
- Pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, and dates and times of access.
- Cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers, and interactions such as page views, clicks, registrations, cart activity, or purchases.
- Diagnostic, security, and error information needed to keep the Services working.
We primarily use this information for login and session management, security, basic operation, and Meta advertising as explained below.
E. Information received from third parties

- Authentication or social-login providers when you choose to use their login service.
- Payment processors, ecommerce platforms, shipping providers, and fulfillment partners in connection with an order.
- Meta Platforms, Inc. and related advertising services concerning ad delivery, attribution, and campaign performance.
- Service providers that host, secure, support, or provide requested features for our Services.
2. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
- Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and maintain login sessions.
- Provide and operate our websites, apps, plugins, products, and requested features.
- Process orders, subscriptions, licenses, payments, shipping, refunds, and customer support.

- Carry out another purpose that we clearly disclose and, where required, obtain your consent for.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we process information to perform a contract with you, comply with the law, pursue legitimate business interests, protect users and the Services, or based on your consent.
3. Meta Advertising and Similar Technologies
We use Meta advertising tools, which may include the Meta Pixel, Conversions API, cookies, or similar technologies. These tools may allow Van Go Go Design and Meta to receive information about visits and actions on our websites, such as page views, registrations, cart activity, and purchases. Depending on our configuration, contact information used for matching may be converted into a hashed format before it is sent to Meta.
We use this information to measure advertising results, attribute conversions, limit or improve ad delivery, and show relevant advertisements on Facebook, Instagram, or other Meta services. Meta processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Van Go Go Design does not intentionally send payment-card numbers, account passwords, or the private content you create in our apps or plugins to Meta for advertising.
You may be able to control advertising cookies through our cookie-preference tool, where available, your browser settings, and your Meta advertising preferences. Where applicable law requires consent, nonessential advertising technologies should not be activated until consent is obtained.
4. Cookies
We may use:
- Essential cookies for login, authentication, security, shopping-cart functions, and site operation.
- Preference cookies to remember settings and choices.
- Advertising cookies to support Meta advertising, conversion measurement, and campaign attribution.
You can block or delete cookies using your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login, checkout, or other Service features from working correctly.
5. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary to:
- Service providers: Providers that assist with authentication, hosting, security, cloud storage, payment processing, ecommerce, shipping, order fulfillment, email delivery, customer support, media or AI processing requested by the user, and technical operations.
- Meta advertising: Meta may receive website and conversion-event information as described in Section 3.
- Your chosen integrations: If you connect a Service to a third-party platform or ask us to publish, export, or transmit content to it, we disclose the information needed to carry out your instruction.
- Legal and safety purposes: We may disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a valid government request; enforce agreements; investigate fraud or abuse; or protect the rights, safety, and property of Van Go Go Design, our users, or others.

- With your direction or consent: We may disclose information for another purpose that you request or authorize.

6. We Do Not Sell Personal Information
Van Go Go Design does not sell personal information for money.
Some U.S. privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly. Under those definitions, allowing Meta advertising technologies to collect website activity for interest-based or cross-context advertising may be considered “sharing” or targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged. Where required by law, you may opt out as described in Section 10.
7. Apps and Plugins Used on Third-Party Websites
Some Van Go Go Design plugins or apps are installed or operated by a customer on the customer’s own website, account, or systems. In those cases, the customer controls the information collected through its site and is responsible for its own privacy notice and legal compliance. Van Go Go Design does not receive that information merely because the customer installed a plugin.
We may receive limited information if the customer activates a hosted feature, license check, login, update service, integration, or support request. We process that information to provide the requested feature or support. Questions about data collected by a customer’s website should be directed to that website’s owner.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to:
- Maintain an active account or provide a requested Service.
- Complete and document transactions.
- Meet tax, accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, and security requirements.
- Resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
Retention periods vary by the type of information and Service. When information is no longer needed, we may delete it, anonymize it, or retain it in a restricted backup until deletion occurs through the normal backup cycle. Third parties may apply their own retention periods.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, application, network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

If your browser or device sends a legally recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will treat it as an opt-out request where required by applicable law and where our systems can detect and apply it.
11. International Users
Van Go Go Design is based in the United States. If you access the Services from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal bases and safeguards for international transfers.
12. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate. A specific product intended for children will provide any additional notice and parental-consent process required by law.
13. Third-Party Services and Links

VideoGen AI is an application operated by Van Go Go Design and may be accessed through a Van Go Go Design website, subdomain, or related service.
14. Information Processed by VideoGen AI
When you use VideoGen AI, you may submit or create:
- Prompts, scripts, instructions, and scene descriptions.
- Images, videos, audio, voice recordings, and reference files.
- Generated images, videos, narration, music, sound effects, and other media.
- Project settings, publishing selections, and connected-platform information.
- Technical information required to process, save, export, or deliver your requested content.
We process this information to provide the features you request, save and manage projects, generate media, troubleshoot problems, prevent misuse, process exports, and provide customer support.
Third-Party AI and Media Providers
VideoGen AI uses third-party artificial-intelligence, cloud-computing, media-processing, text-generation, image-generation, video-generation, voice, audio, storage, and publishing providers.
When you request a feature that depends on one of these providers, VideoGen AI may transmit the information necessary to complete your request. This may include prompts, scripts, uploaded files, reference images, audio, video, project settings, and technical information.
These providers process the submitted information to generate or deliver the requested output. The specific provider used may depend on the feature, model, availability, pricing, or options selected by the user. Providers may change as VideoGen AI adds, removes, or updates features and models.
Third-party providers operate under their own terms, privacy policies, data-retention practices, and security procedures. Some providers may temporarily retain submitted content or generated results to operate their services, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, or improve service reliability.
Van Go Go Design does not authorize third-party providers to use private VideoGen AI content for unrelated advertising. We do not represent that submitted content is never retained or used to improve an AI service unless the applicable provider’s terms expressly provide that protection.
Users should not submit highly sensitive personal information, payment-card information, passwords, government identification numbers, protected health information, confidential business information, or content they do not have permission to use.
Storage and Deletion
VideoGen AI may store account information, projects, uploaded files, generated content, and related records so users can access, edit, export, or manage their work.
Deleting a project or account may remove the content from active VideoGen AI systems. Limited copies may remain temporarily in backups, security logs, transaction records, or third-party systems until deleted according to the applicable retention schedule. Information may also be retained when reasonably necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
Users may request access to or deletion of their VideoGen AI account and associated personal information by using the account controls provided within the application or by submitting a privacy request through https://vangogodesign.com/contact/.
User Responsibility
Users retain responsibility for the prompts, files, media, and other content they submit to VideoGen AI. Users must have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consent to upload and process that content, including images, voices, likenesses, trademarks, copyrighted works, and personal information belonging to other people.
Van Go Go Design does not sell users’ prompts, uploaded files, generated media, or account information for money.privacy practices of unaffiliated third parties.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our Services, data practices, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law.
