At 100%, both previews show the same image area at output-pixel scale, making edge and detail comparisons easier. Scroll either preview to move both views together.

How to enlarge an image online

  1. Choose your picture. Upload a JPG, PNG, or WebP file within the size and dimension limits.
  2. Choose 2× or 4×. Check the planned dimensions. Larger output options are unavailable when they exceed the pixel limit.
  3. Compare and download. Inspect the original and result at the same zoom, then download the enlarged file.
What does enlargement do?

Standard resizing interpolates additional pixels. It makes an image larger, but cannot restore detail that was never present in the original.

How does the daily free allowance work?

Allowances are checked on the server. Successful enlargements count toward the daily limit, and in-progress requests reserve a place. Refreshing the page does not reset it.

What happens to my images?

Processing happens on the server after you choose Enlarge image. The temporary upload is removed after processing. Result files expire after one hour and are deleted by scheduled cleanup. Download your result before it expires.

Why is 4× unavailable for some images?

A 4× enlargement creates sixteen times as many pixels. A 1,000 × 1,000px image becomes 4,000 × 4,000px, reaching the 16-megapixel output limit. Use 2× or choose a smaller original when 4× exceeds the limit.
